    I do this workout everyday but I have a diff alternative 1) 100 Jumping jacks 2) 100 Squats 3) 15 Burpees ( push up) 4) 30 Situps 5) 50 Russian twists 6) 20 heel touches 7) 1 min Plank 8) 20 Lunge 9) 20 Reach Through 10) 20 Knee Raises “Tip if you want a hourglass type of body, do not do crunches” If you want you can cycle or do morning or evening jogs everyday for 20minutes.

    ​@@nishi2153 It's an oblique workout so it focuses only on the obliques. It is very helpful to lose fats on the sides but only if you have a huge amount of it, even then it will widen your natural waist length. If you don't have a huge amount of fats on your belly then it will only work on the side muscles to strengthen them and increase the size of your waist. You can try reverse planks, normal and side planks as alternatives as they work to stabilize your core muscles and lose fat around your belly area without increasing your muscle mass.

    Omg finally lesserafim's workout 😭 congrats for doing all the workout till the end while I just got exhausted doing the burpees and couldn't be able to do the rest I was feeling so dizzy and nauseous just by that but anyways u got a real stamina gurll! And yeah I do recommend u to do more k-pop idols workout it would be fun hoping to see more vids like this one

    Tips for you guys 🎀 . Want healthybody do exercise for atleast 5 min . Want good skin drink more water apply sunscreen everyday and you should have a good skincare routine even if you don't have expensive products it doesn't matter💗

    I would suggest you (humbly) if you're new to workout for say a beginner then you should Start with a "Low Intensive Workout", if you'll start with something hard it might hamper your body in the opposite way.. So take care of it.. Good luck🍀

    I suggest you to do set wise mixture of exercise like jumping jacks 50x, squats 50x and all other exercise for first set and repeat the same for second set so that it will abit easy for you anyways lots of love, love ur vids😁💗

    But to be honest with you mlolli i like you the way you are you don't have to change your self but if you want good and health body you do should workout everyday even if you do workout for 5 min it would benefit you because when you are teenager you should move you body but i like you the way you are you look like cute little baby panda you are so cute love you
