I’m from uk, I lived in Bulgaria 🇧🇬 for 6 years while studying at Med school in Plovdiv. Man what a country and people. I miss it everyday. One thing I was so impressed by is Bulgarian people’s health in terms of diet/ fitness and general mentality when it comes to fitness. it was so amazing and helped me keep up to date with my own fitness goals. 🇧🇬 🇧🇬 🇧🇬

the light training/active recovery is where it is at, that's what builds the muscle, low intensity long duration where you get your breathing rate higher than normal but not quite to a point your muscles start to burn
