On the one hand: I am angry that he was built up in his first episode as Leslie’s arch nemesis of the series and then never appeared again but once. It felt like the possibilities were endless with this guy, like maybe he teamed up with Eagleton or something. But on the other hand: Maybe it was all worth it for the big twist with the Alison episode because you truly did NOT see it coming! Maybe Greg intentionally went quiet all those years just to mess with Leslie on something she cared about so deeply, thus is the genius of Pikitis. “Evil does not sleep, it waits.”

I would've loved if Greg Pikitis was the show's Doug Judy (B99) just randomly popping up for one episode each season to prank Leslie or generally wreak havoc in one way or another. I do love that they at least brought him back towards the end of the show though to have that sort of full-circle moment. It wrapped up the whole Greg/Leslie storyline quite nicely.

Kids like this always end up crying "It's just a prank bro" through broken teeth. Had a guy at work once who kept hiding peoples personal items, until the day he hid the new guys bag and the new guy literally broke his jaw whilst the guy was laughing at his anger... Prankster was dismissed and the hitter was put on suspension with full pay pending investigation, then came back a few weeks later because he proved he had IED and was provoked.

It's probably no secret among the class that Pikitis messes with Leslie and Allison is smart enough that she could see through that anyway. I get the feeling he's pretty normal outside of that and the two hit it off by brushing their intelligence against each other. Plus, girls do like 'the bad boys' and Pikitis probably would do whatever Allison asks, including convincing other people to assist her in any of her schemes.
