Lau could always dance like Larry. In the earlier years they both danced similarly (more like Larry) but Lau began to experiment away from that style. Lau has so many styles of dance in his back pocket, it's crazy. But yes, when he wants to, he can dance like this too.

@@michaelr2136 You're exactly right. They never danced exactly the same, but back in the day they did dance similarly w/ Larry focusing more on footwork and Lau, full body. Most people prefer Larry and that's understandable, I do too sometimes! He's consistent as fuk! Clean, precise beat killer. The downside to Larry's style is after watching him for a while, it can begin to feel a bit predictable. Lau is anything but predictable. I don't even think he knows what he's going to do next... The result is sometimes what he does hits the mark and sometimes it misses... you just never know with Lau... But when he hits the mark... wow, JUST WOW! I feel Lau spends more time experimenting while Larry spends more time perfecting... Though Larry's leveled up again!! and 2019 Larry looks a lot different! Ha! He switched the style and it's so AMAZING!!! These guys refuse to be denied what they believe they deserve. The crown! And I'm so here for it!!! The deserve it. Never seen anything like them before...

C. Brown Laurent can definitely be predictable as well, but he’s been creative in recent battles. Larry is more consistent but I feel like he holds himself back in battles, he’s too focused on hitting all the beats he doesn’t let himself “feel” or groove through the music. Imo he needs to work on flow and Laurent needs to work on control, but he’s been doing a lot better. I like how their styles have changed a lot and if they continue to battle, it’ll only encourage them to evolve more because the battle scene is different and requires them to go beyond what they’ve been doing.
