A full-time religious leader and prominent chef, Jero Mangku Dalem Suci Gede Yudiawan, also known as Chef Yudi, is not only living in two worlds - he’s thriving in them. After returning to his home village of Les in Tejakula, Buleleng, five years ago, he is now a Pemangku Adat (spiritual leader).
