Occupational history/endemic area in addition to above mentioned signs. First 07 days PCR after that PCR will be negative and IgM positive if patient is having leptospira infection. 90% cases are mild (anicteric) and 10% are icteric.

Dr Rakesh ,uti resolved but traces of albuminuria with bipedal pitting in individual post covid(rtpcr negative now),how to proceed??

Proceed with some Protein diet and Wait for a few day , the condition gets resolved by it's own.

Wow actually saw this case at our hospital with tramsnitis and leprospira IGM+ with fever since more than 1 week and tranamnitis was admitted for hemodialysis his creat went upto 11
