From what I have heard in your tone in the videos over the last months, you manage to find that sweet yet difficult spot of being both very measured in your comments and still without concessions in regard of what you think all at the same time. If becoming a CC helps with the amount of nice stuff we get to watch and its variety, then by all means, go for it boss! Keep up the great stuff!

Yugumo is my favorite ship in this game. my average base xp in it was like 1950, which for a 54% player is pretty good. the torp reload was so fun to use

also the name comes from naval battle of lepanto off the coast of greece , when italy defeated the ottoman turks in 1571

If that destroyer hung back to spot so you could use smoke on the first game, you would have been able to hold the flank. Secondaries do the yugumo and then you get closer in and those 2 massive chunkies would have gotten the other 2 big ships before you lost too much.

You did great.. however I would say this. I fucking suck at this game. So take what I say with less than a grain of salt. You said that you were going to play aggressively then use smoke to get out of a stick situation. You mostly played passive and tried to use island cover. . Then when u did pop the smoke canister... you took that opportunity to go full throttle at the enemy and ended up surrounded when the cloud dissipated. It was the first game... so obv. It's going to take some getting used to. However I would say. Next time, stick to your plan. Used smoke to get away. Not dig in deeper!! I love your "that's unfortunate" attitude. I'm usually throwing things by then or getting myself a chat ban. Lol Thanks for the video tater!! We love your work!!!

6:14 Is waiting for all turrets to be reloaded giving you an advantage? Like better accuracy, or what's the reason? AND: Is the Extended Tech Tree gone in your modpacks as well?

Usually you do that if you are unspotted so that they don't have time to evade, in this case he probably just wanted to test a full salvo. Iirc you don't get any kind of bonus

when dead eye goes, you can even opt for the gun reload while in secondary range since they like to get in close

They are really good from T9 .. the rest is pretty crappy sadly

They are releasing the Italian Tech Tree in Wows Blitz. I really wish the SAP in Blitz was similar to how it works on PC. Unfortunately SAP is not good against harder targets like it is here. However in Blitz the BB SAP will one shot destroyers. The AP is more Battle cruiser like.

Are you gonna do a review on the tier 8?

pretty much the same like lepanto and columbo, with less gun counts and less HP, very good in close range, dispersion sucks ass in longer range.

Will you put this ship Puerto Rico armory or store

How did you get Columbo if you did not get Lepanto in early access? I did not spend money and got only the tier 7.

I'm finding the T7 quite nice (the T6 was trash tho). Interested in the T8, wonder how different from Roma it is.

I was able to get VV during early release, my first impression was meh and the T7 is better (imo Roma is much better)

I've found Doria to be quite enjoyable, especially compared to the lower tiers, but Caracciolo I've haven't enjoyed as much unless I'm top tier.

They should make the turtle back 30mm make the secondarys pen 18-19mm and slight accuracy increase and lessen the alpha a little bit less to compensate the buffs. It would make them a good brawler against other BBs and only ones with 18inch (other than kremlin) could overwatch the turtle back at close range but plunging fire would still citadel them.

Why don't you repair fires? They do percentage damage of health remaining so at high health that seems like a bad deal.

He waits for a double fire before repairing, if you repair a single fire and are still taking HE fire. There is a good chance that you get a double or even triple fire before your repair is back up

I got caught at C yesterday in my Kremlin. By the time I realized what happened. All my friendly s were dead and I was alone with a DD throwing torps at me until I was dead. He stayed wide and clobbered me. I tried to run but just to slow and alone.

You should use the SAP on superstructures, the bow and stern ends and generally on weakly armored points. It is better than the AP on angled and distant ships, because it has better ricochet angles and maintains the same damage over all distances.

Lepanto was a complete suckfest for me. My freexp was enough to get from t7 to t9. Wanted to grind through as fast as i could to get Colombo. Did not researched the range upgrade, but used range mod. The cap had deadeye but no concealment, so it was less effective. Now all this backfired, was horrible experience. The more i wanted to haste it, the worse it got🤣 after some games, i started shooting AP, and it worked better than SAP for some reason. Btw, Alaska can be citadeled, maybe not by these pistols, but Georgia can do it all day

plunging shells from a distance have an easier time dealing with underwater citadels (and if you're lucky, even turtlebaka armor)

you should try out the console version of this game, it basically has everything that you look for in this game, pushing is viable, carriers aren't op, etc.

The long reload is a turn off for me.

That's a relief, the tier 8 sucks

All BBs should get these smokes, maybe most only 1 charge, and maybe some like Japan only a 20s smoke for a single turn around, while the Italians get the best with most charges etc BBs could play then way more aggressive in general I remember in Steel Ocean every ship had smoke, even submarines :D

Your first match was not good, you made a bunch of poor choices. You were correct to leave C but you missed the opportunity while leaving to damage the DD. Turret placement is still an issue, use the right mouse button more while looking around so that you do not cause your main gun turrets to be moving off target. I have seen you do so much better in games. Sorry that is my analysis. Mostly have fun!!!

BB SAP is broken, get it out of the damn game, another ship that farms everything regardless of angling. For a guy who complains about BB superstructure damage, these ships epitomize the problem
