There isn't much I can add beyond all the comments. Having seen L&F perform twice and enjoying the KZread videos he is one of the best. Period. He plays everything superbly.

Drummer is a beast - he just sits there and does it - perfectly, no drama, no over the top Keith Moon stuff - just drumming drumming all day every day. Respect . . .

I agree he nails whatever he wishes to achieve, however I acknowledge the hard work and dedication Igor puts into his drumming. He does it with love, and he does it every day; back to rudiments, and teaching kids. A phenomenal man; as they all are. He's my absolute favorite drummer-- that is saying a LOT. IGOR JAVED-ZADE ❣😍🤘💖🙏🌷

He's a smoking drummer - in the pocket, not rushing, especially on this tune, capable of extraordinary chops BUT has the determination to use them toward a dynamic crescendo. BUT they are ALL this good! What a great band.

The best band out there today!

I play the drums. I need at least a minimum of 100 years to get that good. He's so smooth. I get chills every time I watch "I'm a man". Which this was probably the 50th time.

Great band Great drummer.

As drummers, we are supposed to be clean hitters, no flams and each note clear and not muddled. Igor maybe the cleanest drummer I've ever heard...amazing.

Whenever I mention Leonid and Friends to family, friends, and acquaintances I usually get a blank stare in response. I have to remind myself that not everyone listens to or watches KZread videos. Some relatives like two of my brothers barely know how to use a computer. Even after mentioning that Leonid and Friends are a Russian tribute band that plays Chicago's hits of the 70s they seem disinterested... That is until I play one of their songs. I fear that many Americans, especially, have no appreciation for great music and superb talent. Rock on Leonid and Friends... I love you!

Each time I watch a video from this band, I have to use every superlative adjective in my vocabulary, but they fall woefully short of describing the level of talent that they have. Maybe the best group of musicians I've ever had the pleasure of watching. Simply amazing!

Greg Rodgers exactly...CTA covered this great song of Spencer Davis Group and opened or closed their shows with it.

Igor is amazing. I believe he and Leonid are friends as well. Everything I've seen and heard him do with Leonid and Friends is incredible. This man can keep a beat as well as do colorful fills. I always look for anything new he does.

My wife and I attended the Leonid and friends concert at 3rd and Lindsley in Nashville this past Tuesday evening...We love about 90 miles from the venue. The whole trip back all we said about the concert was WOW.....They were better than amazing. Exceeded ALL our expectations! Our only regret was we could not go back and do it all over again. I hope they come back and THIS time at the Ryman!!!

I just love great cover bands! And I think it would really be great. At the end of your songs. You all look at each other and kibitz a little bit. In your native Russian tongue. And that alone will blow everybody's mind. And we all know you are part of our, musical family. I'm really sorry to say. I don't know any American rock bands. That do great Russian rock 'n' roll covers? So what gives with that? No American, has the guts.. To do what you have done. They probably wouldn't think it, cool? But you guys are most definitely, Awesomely Cool! I love the fact. You were intercut in between studio shots. And live performance shots. The expert synchronization was fabulous! And I should know. I worked for NBC-TV for 20 years. And I'm an audio engineer. So where did that U-67, come from? Did you guys get my stolen one? That looks like my stolen one. Aren't they wonderful? So nice, so sweet, so smooth. And you can take that to the bank. They are worth that much. You might want to keep it in a safe deposit box? But if you don't use them. You lose them. And always use a four real, original, authentic, Telephunken, EF-86, tube. Because everything else sounds like total crap. So you need Telephunken NOS valves/tubes. We call them tubes here in the USA. But you already knew that. How come I don't see any Americans walking around with cute Russian T-shirts? And your drummer is so precise, so tight. But the best part is. He's got an LA baseball cap on. I mean are you guys Russian or not? You don't sound very Russian. And the best part is. You were never Russian, the beat. I'm sorry..... RemyRAD ... if you take a look at all the original Leonid & Friends videos on KZread you’ll notice that on quite a few they do make a comment or an explanation in Russian just as the clip fades to black. Make yourself a coffee because there are about 20 of them! Thank you for your kind comments about my editing. I took two separate videos from KZread and rocked and rolled between them while syncing the shots of Igor using only the audio from the recording studio. (The audio quality from the live performance was very poor). The synchronicity is amazing. I too worked in broadcasting. 17 years with the BBC in the UK... as a motion graphics designer. Now as a freelance in New Zealand I’ve had to cross the line a bit to encompass shooting and editing in order to provide a complete service for my clients. He's a freaking metronome!!! His live solo is dead on with his studio recording! Either that or you did some slick editing to time it just right. Either way, Igor is a straight BEAST! He took the best of Danny and mixed it with Weckl!

Igor is what metronomes use to keep time. Somebody else commented that Igor isn't just a timekeeper, but PLAYS the drums. His fills are immaculate. Every musician who sees this band for the first time says the same thing: The drummer is incredibly, jaw-dropping good.

Incredible energy.

I've been a loyal follower of this band since I first saw them (accidently BTW!) on KZread several years ago while searching for a Chicago concert at Tanglewood. Saw L&F doing their '25 ... ' video and then the version of 'I'm A Man' (my favorite Chicago tune followed closely by 25)... and became an instant fan. L&F NEVER cease to amaze me. A group of very talented musicians doing what they do best ... and having fun at the same time! Have seen them live on three different shows in the midwest and hope to see many more.
