I worked in the hotel profession for over 20 years. My first boss trained under Leona Hemsley and she was extremely tough. But it taught me excellent skills and really how to be an exceptional worker.

Whatever can be said about Leona, she truly adored and loved Harry. Can't fake that. From what I have repeatedly seen.

I agree but I got to say she turned it on so much looked like Harry was trying to get her to compose herself! While dancing she was attempting to lead and holding him all so tight lol then when hugging him close he looked out of breath. She stalked Harry and Harry was a cutie. He had a great personality. Wonder bout his aim? 😮
I thought that was Caitlyn Jenner in the thumbnail. Now I will never unsee.
Can't wait to see the new Leona Hemsley documentary.

The 80s were the best
I love Leona and Harry may they both Rest in Peace ✌️🙏🤪
Tough as old boots but these are the people who get results. Crazy how competitive and clinical a place like New York is.
Leona was a power tripper. They never die nicely
Thank you for sharing.
Dang even the sheep were scared of her. She was a tough business woman.
After watching Leona Helmsley and then seeing the movie, Suzanne Pleshette was amazing. She got her to a T I felt like I was listening to the actress when she had her back turned. I don’t know I always liked Leona. She would’ve liked me on the type worker all of my bosses love me I always like to go the extra mile. It’s fun.
The female Donald Trump. No wonder they didn't like each other
She's always looked like Liberace as far as facial features. And, I think she was a manipulative, imperious witch. It's fine to strive for excellence but to belittle and demean your employees is reprehensible.

She loved her dog too. She cut two of her grandchildren out of the will, and gave the money to her dog instead. When you love a dog more than your own flesh and blood, there`s something wrong with you.
Her standard was no less than excellence
Was she charitable?
She really does sound like a nice lady
Oldest trick in the book . And he bought it..men ..
The Queen of Mean
Demanding too much can cause hated and destruction. Then the mighty must fall and that she did by wanting and pushing for too too much. Then she became a criminal by serving her time she did, and lift her money to a dog.

You forgot Hilary Clinton, who is known for treating people like crap behind the scenes. Then there's Joe Biden and his classy son, Hunter. You know the one. He has a penchant for crack, prostitutes, and avoiding paying child support. By the way, Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos have donated billions to charity. What awful human beings. If Trump single-handedly cured cancer and AIDS tomorrow, people would criticise him for it. They're unhinged.
All that money and they never gave a dime to charities.

its too bad more managers cant strive for excellent work. she did & was tough but that isnt a criminal like they made her out to be, if you dont like a job or boss QUIT! as far as her taxes who takes care of their own taxes when you make 100 million dollars a month! its crazy that they treated her the way they did when she paid 50-60 million a yr in taxes! she didnt kiss politicians asses & didnt care what other people thought & thats what hurt her but she should not have been sent to jail .
