Nah Leon was beating him up and the big guy was getting tired 😪 he was spamming take downs he had one knee up if only Leon waited another half a second but that’s the fight game and he’s only 20 in his 2nd fight but Peyr Yan doing that to Aljomain is a different situation he was a champ and well feared at the time he did his and was around 26-27

McDowell was looking exhausted in Round 2.

LOL McDowell acted like that knee hurt a lot more than it really could have. He wanted out long before that too. Bad show, old boy, jolly bad show.

he ws on 1 knee which is deemed as downed opponent but it is a bs rule because an opponent that has 1 hand on the ground stand on both feet is still deemed OK to knee and kick the head.. but a person on 1 foot and 1 knee or both feet and both hands cant be.. fighters used to de deemed a downed if they only hand 1 hand on the mat but the rules changed because fighters used this to get out of certain situations even using just the finger on 1 hand.. so basically if you are losing like Mcdowel you only have to drop to a knee and let the ref decide whether it was an intentional or accidentall knee/kick there are only certain fight organisations that allow the above...

@@AmHotGarbage, there are very few orginizations that don't adhere to "the unified rules of mma", under which "knees to.the head of a grounded opponent" have always been illegal. You count on one hand the organizations that allow knees to the head of a downed opponent.

I just watched 3 Leon Edwards fights, and in every one he has kicked someone in the nuts. That's cheap as fuck imo, even though they get 5 minutes, it still takes it out of you when you get blasted in the nuts.

@@jayukmusic Ya, his third leg. The first one hit the leg, I put it in slow motion. The second one nailed his nuts, the camera angle is bad but it was a NUT SHOT. Look where the ref is, he has a clear view. He saw it...u crazy bruh

That's bullshit, he shot was standing back up and only had one knee touching the mat..... that was perfectly legal, he shot slipped and his knee touched not the other guys fault he can't tell that dummy touched his knee that's abuse of the roles and not at all what is ment by a downed opponent
