Hey Paul, that six of pentacles is quite right! I only had lower back pain when I was lying down and watching TV! And I felt like I had to give up bread, pasta, rice, pizza, and Bagels and which is all gluten and once I gave that up, it’s been 10 days. My lower back is feeling so much better and I think the inflammation is subsiding. You got it right on the button. You are really good and thank you for the heart that you sent me. I guess you read, my message! And yes, I am getting rid of drama. My son will be 29 in October and he still in and out of rehabs and I told him I am not sending him any money for cigarettes and vapes. It’s time that he quits such a bad habit and I’m tired of spending my money on his lousy habits so I blocked himand told him to get on his bandwagon and help himself and I think that my ex-husband and I help him way too much thank you for the great reading

Your right about the inflamation. I had a full knee replacement the end of April and due to go back to hard physical work in July. I am not ready to go back due to the mobility in my knee. It is very fustrating with the doctors and knowing i do not have insurance to stay home longer. So i am forced to go back knowing i am not ready. Not looking forward to more pain to come. I try so hard to stay positive and light hearted but i know how hard this will be on my body.
