That last image you gave me of not pushing and grabbing but staying at the center and receiving - that was really helpful to me. I can recall that any time when it might be harder to remember a lot of words. I do try to control - it's a defense mechanism for autistics, trying to control how much sensory stuff is incoming and pummeling us. But this is different - receiving incoming holy spirit and downloads and wisdom and comfort - I don't need protection against that! Calm, centered, receiving - this is the main lesson you taught me today. Thanks!
