I have struggled to fast all my life. The only days I try to fast is Ash Wednesday and on Good Friday... but just like Fr said, I have terrible pangs of hunger and even on those 2 days sometimes it has been difficult even to abstain from meat. I had gone on a pilgrimage to Holy Land last year and i had a dream there... just the word Fast But sadly even this year .. all of Lent, I have not fasted. I am watching this talk by Fr.. today on Palm Sunday, 2023 and now I am realizing the power of fasting... I am going to really really try to fast... there is still 1 more week off Lent. Please pray for me... that I succeed in fasting with prayer.

I have been following Fr Michael since 2021… his online retreats have inspired me and bring me to a closer relationship with Jesus and his preachings have convicted me to do Sacrament of Reconciliation with no tiny molecule of unforgiveness left if I confess the sin. It wakes me up…so powerful Sacrament even though it’s the hardest sacrament . His preachings brung me to a deeper conversion of my heart..a better person . Thank You, Father.

Pl pray for me fr Michael to heal me completey fr om the side effects of the stroke I had on 1st Jan. I get frightened at night because of the cramps on my left leg, the clots in the brain which gives me headaches.I am taking medication & still my pressure goes up & down.
