I have a pet peeve about repair videos that do not have a step by step narration of some kind (live or post production) your step by step narration and attention to the details of the repair process is excellent! You are doing it right! excellent video I have subscribed, well done.

Great video. Remind people don't use a metal screw driver to wedge out the battery connector. I got a small spark when it touched something next to the connector. Appears to be fine though

Tysm this was super easy I'm glad I didn't take it to a technician otherwise i'd have to pay much more😭

Not sure if my battery is actually worn. It works for several hours if I use the powersave mode from 100% charge. Else it ramps up the fans and eats power, while being really hot. My problem is that if I leave it with 100%, the next day I often must charge it to power it back up.

10:04 plugging in the ribbon cable is a b***h. We finally gently filed the sides of the plug with a nail file, repeatedly trying again after a little filing, and it finally worked. But quite scary.

I followed all instructions and the laptop was able to turn on until new battery died, now it won’t take a charge…plsss help
