hi. I'm thinking about note taking with Y700 2023. Did you install? Could China ROM install it without play store?

There is an app that is installed by default, but if you want to take notes, I recommend installing the Play Store and then finding and installing the app there.

Can the button on the pen be used as rubber function on one note?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to configure button functions separately.
