Thanks for video. One thing, to disconect wire from dislpay i used alcohol, two drops disolved that glue thing in 5 seconds.

yes bro its like a ordinary hairdryer,,,i use this to easily remove the display but technically you dont need that you need only a blade or a guitar pick to remove display

try to change another display,,,but first clean the display board connector,,,or maybe the problem is the display cable this happen sometimes,,,first clean the display board connector socket
