Mine cracked horizontal on the black line near the logo will this spread to the screen ?

I have the same tablet but the screen is broken and only the left side is working. I wiped all data because it was so darn slow. The LCD is intact but I want to make this tablet brand new again so that I can play My Talking Tom and My Singing Monsters.

Thanks for sharing this George. I have one of these but they are kinda slow. Is it possible to update the RAM from 1GB to 2GB?

How much would it cost if I were to get my tablet's screen replaced from a shop ? Please reply 🙏

I have this model tablet. Its digitizer is broken and doesn't work, but the LCD is intact, it works. Will the touchscreen work when I replace the digitizer

Yes it will work just fine. The digitizer is responsible for touch. Find the exact part number and replace it.

George I have a problem that could be resolved by you in no time. I am a novice at this and I swapped out the motherboard but I don't know what happened to the hardware to finish the job. Would you look at the picture I'll send and name the pieces needed. I'm eternally appreciative.

What is the outer black square around screen called ? Mine has cracked will it affect the screen ?

No. The outer glass (digitizer) is separate from the screen (lcd). If it spreads more the worst case is that you lose touch.

@@georgeberetas9439 the lcd is working fine for the moment no visual or touch issues . A small shard of glass has come away from the crack
