I know ridiculous... how could that happen !?! I've been on this planet a long time! I grew up listening to The stylistics, Harold Melvin & The Blue notes,Teddy Pendergrass,Barry White, Marvin Gaye, Al Green,Gladys Knight on & on...seems ridiculous I don't know him😃 There's a young woman called Kendra who does dance videos here on KZread with her husbandI and there is a video of her husband dancing on his own to this track .So I just had to find out who sang this crazy beautiful amazing song ! Lenny Williams put his heart ❤️ and soul into this song. You literally could feel his pain. Even the band felt every note 🗒️ that he sung, especially the horn section. Music can be so powerful that it can move a person to tears. Some iconic songs can do that, and this song is no exception.

You know I have so much respect for this song and this man. This song brings me so much memory and healing. The time I listened to song, I was facing a nasty divorce from my narcissist ex wife. I went through verbal degrading because she was so high maintenance. She tried to use child support to break me into pieces. If it had gotten worse, I would committed suicide. We Went through counseling with a pastor at the end, it was always me me me she was complaining about. The day I got divorced for the first time, I heard this song in my car, I broke down in tears 😭. Here I am asking myself what did I do wrong because it was the very first time I was madly in love 💕 with someone 4 years older than me. All this time never realized that going to marriage counseling was to prepare me to become a better man and I thank God for it. Now I remarried to an amazing sexy wife beautiful both outside and inside, a supportive confidant and am a proud husband of two beautiful girls.

Damn Lenny sang that piece he didn't sing it he sang it . I was really good friends with a girl and I had deep feelings for her and one day her friend told me that she had a huge crush on me I immediately told her how I felt about her . We went on a date and the place we went was full so we went back to my place and we ordered some Chinese food and I played this song and we danced and I knew she was the one I wanted to spend my life with she moved in a week and a half later . Everyone said we were moving too fast but we are still very much in love 17 years later . She is one of the most beautiful souls I have ever encountered and she is just as beautiful outside I look at her and I am absolutely smitten and I still feel lucky she chose me . This is our song and when she hears it her beautiful eyes well up and don't say a word and just listen . Thank you Lenny .
