Not kidding, if Tanner and Lennon made a full album of duets together, I would buy it SO fast! Their voices are both gorgeous and blend together so well! Niall did an amazing job highlighting their talents with this song and I have no doubt they could tackle any song thrown their way.

@@pelasion5099 it gives so much calmness when you are singing. It gives so much captivation and charisma to the audience. But not all the time and not to all songs. Smiling gives a positive and different interpretation of the song.

Tanner in my opinion definitely won. He didn’t hit any show stopping high notes but he honestly didn’t have to. He was so clean and sung with such clarity. So much control. I was blown away

Lennon won it for me!!! Gosh I thank God Niall chose Lennon. His voice is very special and spiritual. The most story telling voice. But you could tell Tanner put his all into this performance, so I’m so glad he got a steal 🥰 CONGRATULATIONS TO THEM BOTH!!

Tanner’s got an incredible radio pop type voice and Lennon has a really cool indie rock type and they both work so well here.

Tanner is captivating but still there's something about Lennon. Something that makes him stand out. From the very start it has always been Lennon, once a choice has been made, that's IT. Hoping to listen and see him all the way to the finale. It's the TONE as his empathic coach says. Thanks for a very magical, impactful and meaningful musical moment. With a name like Lennon, enough said. I immediately thought of John Lennon as soon as he introduced himself and he didn't disappoint, especially when he is on his guitar!! Tanner is great as well, but Lennon, awesome!!

Lennon didn’t even need to sing much to capture my heart and attention to the song itself. He believed every word he was singing. Tanner had the more youthful presence and energy tbh. Great voices. But since it’s “the voice”, it’s Lennon all day any day for me.❤

I’m a sucker for the deeper voices in male vocalists. So I loved Tanner. But Lennon is incredible. So unique. Glad both of these guys are still in the competition.

BUT if Lennon will not singing a remarkable song next round( important song choice) Then Lennon will lose his opportunity- nowadays a lot good singer contestants Tanner voice is so good at 19 years old ! I think it would have worked the other way too.

Lennon's connection to the lyric is quite singular. There is power in being able to feel every word no matter what song you sing. He sounds like the next Billy Joel or big star with a unique voice. Rooting for him for sure.

Geez, what a battle! Tanner’s tone is so pleasing to the ear! He has so much soul. His runs are overall really flawless. However, can we talk about Lennon! That tone and range is just phenomenal! He made some beautiful melody choices, and his harmonies were stunning! He knows his voice so well! This is so hard, I just need one to get stolen! With the right stuff I think Tanner can win tho! I think on Gwen’s team he can win! If she nurtures him like she did Carter, watch out!

Oh, it's a reverse... Tanner's voice is more unique and Lennon's is so common because his high pitch is so straight and thin which is not pleasing to the ears.

You honestly can't go wrong here BUT Lennon unique voice gave me goose bumps on my face! Am I the only one that gets a cool chill when you hear an amazing sound?! #TheVoice

I was impressed with Lennons harmonizing. That is not so easy for some to do and he did it alot, very well.

Lennons voice is like a young Cat Stevens mixed with Billy Joel and a few other artists. Hes surreal!! a unique gift

This was a perfect song choice for both singers!!! But Tanner have so much finesse and mature voice at a young age, yet sang the song with more story telling ❤️.

Soooo smooth, both of them! Niall did a great job pairing them, with the risk of losing one, of course. This kind of song (and arrangement) is what the young'uns nowadays tend to gravitate towards, I think.

Oh my gosh I’ve listened to this over and over. Tanner is absolutely brilliant with a grand stage presence, a voice so sweet and passionate. Then Lennox steps up and turns my head upside down with a tone that is so incredibly unique. I’m so glad I’m not a judge. I’d hate to have to make the call of who’s performance was better. So happy Tanner got stolen by Gwen. Congrats to both of them.

Wow! THis was really truly beautiful. I knew Lennon was really strong from his audition but Tanner's maturity and subtley really surprised me here. He had a vocal plan and place to go and executed well. Those little runs and the tone of his voice are magical. I was a little more drawn by Lennon's delivery though, which I think just comes with his taste level and experience.

This is not a battles this is a duet… damn so good bring me to tears

Niall made the correct choice. Lennon is a one of a kind phenomena out of this universe. Tanner is outstanding but showed that he will survive.

One of the best performances so far! I couldn’t keep my eyes off of Lennon. I was always eager and waiting for the perfect molding of verses coming from his singing voice. Tanner is in a very good lane, and will probably be knocking the artist outta the Knockout round. Even though, he nailed that performance with Lennon, I could still hear the youth in his tone. Lennon is radio and album ready. Can’t wait to give him a few great songs when they allow me on The Voice. I could do it here, but I think he’s read just about everything. This is my favorite duet by far. I played it atleast 15 times already. Lennon is amazing but somehow I felt Inlove with tanners voice and his facial expressions. So amazing! I loved both.. I can’t be the judge to this one. It breaks my heart to pick one
