Lengua Estofado Recipe - Pinoy Style | How to Cook Ox Tongue

I am sharing you my version of "Lengua Estofado Recipe" We love this version, hope you'll love it too. Bon appetit. All ingredients are optional, modify as per your liking. Take everything in moderation. "Health is Wealth".
Lengua Estofado Recipe - Pinoy Style | How to Cook Ox Tongue
Ingredients:
I - Parboil:
Enough Water - to submerge all ingredients
2 pcs - Bay Leaves
2 tbsp - Chinese Rice Wine
990 grams - Ox Tongue ( rubbed w/ 3 tbsp - Cornstarch then washed thoroughly)
II - Pressure Cooking/ Tongue Cleaning Prep:
***Enough WATER - to submerge all ingredients
***Ox Tongue
160 grams - Leek
1 tbsp - peppercorns
2 pcs - dried bay leaves
III - Sauteing/ Stewing
4 tbsp - Olive Oil
110 grams - Long Red Chilis
420 grams - Potatoes
55 grams - 1 head garlic
8 pcs - spicy chilis ( 3 pcs for garnish)
30 grams - Butter
1 pc - Stewed Ox Tongue
130 grams - white onion
200 grams - Cherry Tomatoes
250 grams - Tomato Sauce
1 pc - dried Bay Leaf
1 tsp - ground black pepper
*** Ox Tongue Stock, all of it
1 pc - Beef Cube
2 tbsp - Light Soy Sauce
25 grams - pitted Green Olives
425 grams - 1 big can Button Mushroom
1 tbsp - Liquid Seasoning
Cooking Time:
***w/ Pressure cooker... 2 & 1/2 hrs
***regular cooking... 4+ to 5 hrs

LENGUA ESTOAFDO is cooked for about 5 hours thus this makes it a specially big dish in the country, sure na sulit ang tagal ng pagluluto dahil sa talaga namang napakasarap nito❤
10 years. 10 years I've searched for this recipe. My highschool friend's mum used to make this for dinner a few times and since I had some I've never tasted anything that came close to how good it was for 10 years. I can finally make it now
