how long do you leave your chunky twists in for and how do you maintain moisturizing them in such a voluminous and stretched state ? i want to do this style but I'm afraid of over manipulating my hair if i have to take down and moisturize each twist? love ur content and channel btw 4 yrs natural myself !!

I did a chop during my last trim session because my hair was growing but would break off at the ends so I would have long see through strands and I think it’s taken a toll on my mental health because I’m still thinking my hair is down my back and it’s barely touching my shoulders.

I just started my challenge yesterday after getting a fresh cut. I am 17-18 inches 360 around my head. So I’m hoping to reach waist length by the end of this year. ❤🤎
