does it have on and off switch so the car battery will not drain
The car battery will not drain if you have the car on. Only a little detail that all the streamers are leaving off. Once you connect the Bluetooth to the phone to the transmitter, turn off the car, it take off the lighter plugging plug it back in, and then turn on the car again, so the station on the FM will be found by the system, usually 88.0 or 88.1 then go and find it on the radio. Once you do, this Lencent works AWESOME. I have a 2015 Malibu and the speakers with this Lecent FM Transmitter sound way better than the radio. I am really happy with it.
do you have any problems or so with rustle...or described different...do you have clear sound

yep, u choose the same frequenncy, and thats how they connect

Mine has blue only , and then the button on the bottom left turns off the blue light
