Len is a vocaloid, basically a singing software with a character design, he's a buyable product so a lot of people can own his voice and make songs and covers with him. He even performs live through hologram projections. There's also a female counterpart sold alongside him named Kagamine Rin. I love them both and definitely recommend listening to them :)
