Gonna be doing the race next year! Any advice for a first time team?

Not sure what other advice you've already gotten, but the there's three big ones our team has used: 1. Focus on finishing, not winning. If you don't make it to the finish, it doesn't matter how fast you are, so even if you have to slow down a little to make it, that's better. This race we had to slow down on Sunday because of brake issues, but we made it to the end (and we only lost about 2s a lap). 2. Pay attention to where you have issues- if you're having issues with something on your first outing, it's only going to get worse as you get faster. 3. Have your schedule planned out as much as possible ahead of time- figure out who's driving when, figure out how much fuel you're going to need at each stop, who's going to fuel, etc. We have three people suited at every stop: the previous driver holds the fire extinguisher, the next driver fuels, and the third person helps handle the jugs, drop tray, etc. It also helps a ton to have two people buckle in the next driver.
