I had to come back and leave a comment. This recipe was so simple and so good! Comes together quickly and I love the whole lemons slices. A nice bright delicious chicken dish that pairs so well with rice.

Can you do a pantry/grocery staples video of all the foods/ingredients to make sure to have on hand to make these recipes?? Id love to get some ideas of what ingredients you have at all times 😄

Thank you! I wish more cooks/chefs would do this. Also, for beginner cooks, a video of going to the supermarket (or butcher) and showing the different cuts of meat & poultry with best methods for cooking would be a great help.

What I've noticed the common sauces she uses in her dishes are soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, dark soy sauce, XO sauce. The two most common sauces are soy sauce and oyster sauce.

I'd definitely caramelize the onions first then the chicken. And I'd do a squeeze of lemon juice with a little lemon zest added at the very end because I'd want to avoid the bitter pith (the white part of the lemon) of the fresh lemon.
