Lemon cookies (24 pieces)
120 g butter at room temperature
250 ml sugar
1 egg
peel of 1 lemon
juice of 1 lemon
450 ml flour
1 pack of vanillin
1 and a half teaspoons of baking powder
Half a teaspoon of salt

100 ml granulated sugar
Add 120 g of butter at room temperature and 250 ml of sugar to the mixing bowl and whisk. Let's add the peel and juice of one lemon and 1 egg and continue whisking.
In a separate bowl, add 450 ml of flour, 1 pack of vanillin, 1 and a half teaspoons of baking powder and half a teaspoon of salt and mix. Let's add the flour mixture to our mixture and knead it. Let's cover it with stretch film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Let's add 100 ml of powdered sugar and granulated sugar to 2 small bowls separately. Let's divide the rested dough into 24 pieces and make balls. Let's coat the balls first in granulated sugar, then in plenty of powdered sugar and place them on the tray. Let's put 12 pieces on 1 tray. Let's cook at preheated 175 degrees for about 10 minutes.
