I dont doubt the power of the bromelain in the injection but using syringe in an open non sterilized bottle looks like an infection waiting to happen

Can it causes nerve injury ( mandibular nerve) like other fat dissolving injection

It’s good for swelling, pain and inflammation so it can’t hurt. Arnica is just best
