I've seen Motörhead once, was going to see them for a second time but I got horribly sick and couldn't make so I gave my ticket to my brother because my father was going there anyway. My brother was 14, long hair and blonde and was standing up front next to the stage, Lemmy was so happy to see a young person there up front so he gave him his bass pick, then after before the ended the show a roadie came with a bucket of picks and drumsticks. I must say, I hate that I missed that last concert but it also was the best concert that I've ever missed just because that gave my brother a memory that he'll never forget.

Lemmy smiles and flips him off and has a drink as the screen fades to black while this plays.

Never words spoken so true. So poignant. Lemmy has been there with me through my hardest trials in life through his music. His words made me feel like he knew just how much I've hurt and dealt with heartbreak, and I always felt that he was one man who knew everything I've been through....that he lived through it all. Been a Motorhead fan since 1981. I felt this coming, the passing of my hero. But, when I found out I still cried like a baby! Like losing a brother. I LOVE YOU LEMMY!!!

As someone who has more of Lemmy movies than Lemmy Kilmister records I love his covers of songs just as much as the original songs that he preformed

so true, Heroes is another great cover.

I love all the covers that Motorhead did. Very potent covers. On top of their own great songs. There will never be another Lemmy. He is greately missed.

Someone once said that if Lemmy covers your song, it will never be yours again. And there is something to it. I haven't heard a bad cover by Lemmy. They were all amazing. Lemmy, I know you're watching us. We miss you.

I listen to the song every day. It's the best version I've ever heard. Rip lemmy ❤

Agreed, il isten to this at least two or three times a day and it never ceases to amaze me with how well he nailed this song and made a beautiful masterpiece.

He truly loved performing for the fans. He was taken from us, now it is our responsibility to ensure that his music carries on forever.

lemmy you can't never die in my life...RIP

Lemmy was a good friend of mine in the 60's --- he was absolutely crazy but we all loved him and were devastated at his passing. For me, this is his very best song.

What do you mean amazing? Amazing is still not high enough praise for this.

Almost adds a sense of desperation to it, it's amazing how Lemmy takes a voice that shouldn't work and just makes it.

Holy smoke. Just when I think I Know how cool Lemmy was, I hear something like this. A huge favorite, and now even so more.

Unfortunately, I didn't know about Lemmy until a few months ago after hearing a lot about Motörhead amongst other metalheads. It sucks that I get into bands right after they either break up or a member dies -.- I still haven't heard all their records yet but boy did he had a voice or what. He was the definition of badass.
