She is not pretty anymore! This "Russian kind" of nose is for blue eyed , pale skinned ,blonde European women, and it goes natural with their face. This face here is better suited for nose she was born with. She now looks as a teenager with problematic skin, popping out eyes and bigger nose than before surgery. I've always considered a slightly hooked aquiline nose to be very sophisticated and aristocratic. The button nose is cute, but it reminds me of simple minded peasants.

I don't understand. Yes the nose is different but so is everything else. It looks like she had a facelift - her entire face looks completely different. Her eyes are a different shape and the jaw is slimmer. She literally look like a different person so if you did the nose then who did the rest?

Should I just act like her jaw line , eyes , and eyebrows didn't change ? Eyebrows can be just regular trimming But the rest clearly had something done

So sad. Her original nose matched her features much better and made her more attractive I feel. Not all faces should have the same copy paste nose in my humble opinion. If at least they had only removed the hump and kept it straight and downward facing. The upturned tip completely changes her face and she lost her unique beauty. But who am I. As long as she is happy all is fine.

I loved her other face she completely looks like another person. she looks good as is, I hope she don't get carried away.. took me a while to adjust to her new face I just couldn't believe it.. she looks great now I'm glad she's happy but shocked me she just looks like another person.

In the 1st pic, she looks like the kind of women I see in Harrods in London. Middle Eastern origin, very fashionable but not outrageous, highly intelligent and with a sophistication about them. The 2nd pic she looks like a high school cheer leader. Admittedly the long false eye lashes in the 1st pic do add to the allure. I have seen her in videos since though and she does in fact look great and happier. So for her, job done. And that's all that really counts. So I will say no more.

Is this the same person? The first one was very beautiful, I truly hope she didn’t change to look like the second 😢

Barbie is Barbie, this woman is as far from Barbie as possible, cause "Barbie nose" is natural characteristic of a most of pale skinned , blue eyed women, of middle , north, and east Europe , and not of a darker tone people of Asia (Arabia)and Africa. This person was more beautiful before, with nose that suited her genetic background and appearence. "Russian nose" is not for her. She even did not have large bump, to be upset about it. She looked very aristocratic pre op!

I don't know her ethnic background, but that regal dorsal hump is a characteristic feature of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern people. And it's beautiful too. ❤️

Both looks are very beautiful. The before is actually really stunning too and I wouldn't have changed it if I were her, but then again, if she is happy, that's all that matters.

From what I see in this chat, you’re the first and only person to say so. She does not look way more pretty. She went from beautiful and unique to that plastic surgery look that everyone seems to get. Getting a nose job didn’t change her face that much, she had something else done because she doesn’t look like the same person. I honestly wish she didn’t go through with the surgery. The surgery on her nose lifted her eyes slightly upwards, as well as she's wearing no makeup. Her original eye makeup won't suit her new look.

God bless these doctors! I don't care how many people are saying her before nose was better, bull cocky! How much she must have been taunted growing up. Her new nose will give her the confidence she deserves period! Especially after a year when all swelling has gone away.

I’m disappointed by all of these negative comments. Leila looks amazing after her procedures. She looks younger, more alert and most of all HAPPY. She was always beautiful and had very unique, striking features before but she looks amazing now and the surgeon did an incredible job.

I support her decision and have gotten used to her new look - definitely is beautiful now, but I thought she looked like what I called a "Persian Goddess" before. I can get used to her new look - and she's definitely stunning now - especially in full makeup (her interview with Lisa Bilyeau she looks amazing), but I loved her look before too. Both work - she's awesome whatever she does!

Is a nope from me should have left the tip and just reduced both sides of the bump and some of the middle part of the bump in return would have made it appear the nose was a little lifted in the tip like she wanted but does not need a lift at all only needed the bump part reduced a little that would have been a more natural result from her ethnic nose.

I dont believe there is anything wrong with a nose job, I just believe the most subtle change is the best way to go. Also.......you dont want your voice to change.
