She was the it girl of her time and the way she chose to be on her path of music, charity works, family instead of just a Hollywood bombshell.... ah, Leighton. Still the it girl of our time.

i miss seeing her on screen, and her music too ,i wish she makes music again

She is so different to her famous character Blair Waldorf and I’m glad that she is really down to earth in terms of her private life, career and raising her kids. She could be easily become a fashion icon as Blair like SJP did with Carrie Bradshaw but she chose other roles very different to Blair

I don't think I've ever seen her fit a character so well as Blair Waldorf - and yet, her vibe is such a naturally down to Earth and relatable human being.

I didn't realize how much I missed her - until now ! She is so lovely, refreshing and nostalgic 🥰

Leighton is the one celebrity that I wish I could know irl. She’s a wonderful actress and an even more amazing person

I love her comments on raising children. Validation, recognizing when you make a mistake and letting your child know, and just generally treating your child with respect and dignity. She seems like a wonderful and introspective person, and I'm happy that we get the opportunity to see her act more after Gossip Girl.

I’m 65 and I never watched Gossip Girl. I raised a son alone and had a very demanding career. I just watched, ‘ The Weekend Away’ and I had to look her up. She’s a brilliant actress. Keep being you Leighton. ❤️

I saw her for the first time in The Weekend Away. Such natural beauty, poise, femininity, and grace ! I may have to go back and watch Gossip Girl now. She seems humble, down to earth, grounded, and even (gasp) well-read. Not your typical "starlet.'

More films with Leighton please, she's a good actress. Also waiting for new music.

Watching this after I listened to her guesting in Penn's podcast. I've always adored her, but I've appreciated her more after that episode. She's an insightful, introspective, and a truly unpretentious person. She could've easily pursued different paths as an artist---acting, singing, fashion---but I love that she's very selective with the work she wants to do and that makes her stay grounded.

it‘s so great to see her again on screen, the interview was very nice. It seemed she presented herself in a very authentic way, I like that about her. I think a lot of people still think of her as“ the blair waldorf“, when she has so much more to offer than just this - of course - AMAZING role.
