Thanks for the video. My manager was getting annoyed when her lights will turn off automatically every few minutes. This should be very useful and I'll try these methods out.

How do you keep the light perminit on? Keeps turning off.

Changing occupancy/vacancy mdoe at 15 seconds doesnt work for me. I see the second five quick blinks at the 20-22 second mark not at the 15. And when i see that it doesnt enter the programming mode. Is this a wiring fail?

No, you likely have the version where it's vacancy sensor only, meaning you have to manually switch it on and then a sensor will stop the light from turning off if it senses motion. It looks identical to the version in this video but it's not actually the same because it doesn't have occupancy mode.

For those who have a (jack&jill) bathroom or you have 2 switches located near either door or more than 1 switch in a room, you must set both switches to the same setting for it to work if not the switches will default to the lowest time parameters i.e the switch that is timed for 30 seconds will shut off the lights at 30 seconds or if one switch is set for 5 min and the other switch is set for 15 min the 5 min switch will shut off the lights ..........good luck you guys

Great video, but have you encountered an inability to change the occupancy mode setting? New house, several of these installed, and only on like 2 of them have I been able to change the occupancy mode, the rest will enter the time change mode without issue, but then nothing, if you continue to hold it’ll eventually just exit out of the time setting mode (like 20 seconds of holding the button), or if I just time for around 15 seconds then release it doesn’t enter any mode setting whatsoever. It’ll only flash the lights when entering or exiting the time setting mode, at no other point will it flash while holding, I’ve tried it on a few fixtures and several dozen attempts. Everything else works fine on all of them, just about 3/4 I can’t enter the ability to change the occupancy mode on them; even got so desperate I removed the entire face to see if it was a diff model with those little timer wheels, but nope, it’s this same model.

FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT. Also in a new build home and I think they did this to save money (maybe?). Visually it's impossible to tell the difference, but what we likely have a VACANCY sensor switch and not an OCCUPANCY sensor switch. The vacancy one focuses on turning off after you leave. the occupancy one turns on when you enter... and also turns off when you leave. That's why none of our switches have the occupancy sensor setting when you hold down the button for 15 - it doesn't exist.

Having a problem with it working with a mechanical 3 way switch. Tech support couldn’t help with the issue. It is wired correctly and tried a second motion switch and still does not work correctly.

I connected as a 3 way switch and have not found a way to turn on / off manually, without having to walk to the other switch to turn it on / off. Best if installed as a single pole in my case. Comments welcome.

My sensor is not working properly I try to do the vacancy mode and when I hold for 15 second the light starts to flash at 10 second 😫

I suppose it's possible. I haven't tested it, but if the fan is within range of the sensor, I could see it triggering the light.

Holding the button for 15 seconds doesn’t work for me, it won’t enter the second programming mode no matter what i do

I discovered that you have to hold it for more like 25 seconds, not 15. I couldn’t get it to switch back to occupancy and it was driving me nuts because my neighbor has the same lights and his worked like this video. Mine wouldn’t work until I decided to keep holding it down, the manual is wrong, maybe it’s a defective set..
