My most fav. thing about this, aside from much more accurate size compared to figures. Is the fact that this model has the WING functions be so much more like the actual ship~

The version I have (The one that's called Boba Fett's Starship as opposed to Slave I) has the counterweighted rotating wings too so they auto-rotate depending on how the ship is oriented. It's really neat.

When the bags are being sorted out all I can hear is DJ Khaled saying "Another one"

I like this one too but I prefer the UCS Executor-class Star Dreadnought (Super Star Destroyer) set. I would say the UCS Millennium Falcon to but this comment is from five years ago

I never believed in love at first sight, and then I saw this set...

I recently bought this set. It's a fantastic build. The modeler really knew what the hell he was doing. Slave 1 was always one of my favorite ship designs. Classic Ralph McQuarrie futurism. What's so cool about this set, is that every angle of this thing is handled. Some sets tend to be a bit lacking on the underside. Not the case here. This is treated as sculpture.

+Ryan Kim I'm not really shocked by that. People do amazing work in LDD. I'd be more interested to know what snags he hit on the way, like pieces that are unique to the set. He briefly mentions things like the 8 stud windshield in the instruction manual statement, but you know there's more to the story. :]

This thing is MASSIVE OMG

This set took me 8 hours to build and it was so fun

Most satisfying 15-16 minutes ever. Great job :)

I built this back in 2018, still use it to this day

This is the BEST UCS LEGO SET TLG HAS DESIGNED! So good and well detailed !!!

thanks I always need a good amount of satisfaction without your channel brick builder, I wouldn't have gotten into lego and without lego I wouldn't have gotten to be able to participate as being a kid guest judge in a lego competition at a new opening center and now part of a team that builds those big versions of lego characters out go lego. (5/2-3 hundred kids)

JUST found this set in a bag with both wings snapped off at a Goodwill store for $12.50 downloaded the PDF building instructions for it and gonna disassemble it and gift it to my brother in law who is a member of the 501st and the MAN chosen by Disney to dress up and represent Admiral Thrawn at the Star Wars premiere in Hollywood this September 2023. He's gonna loos his $hit when he opens up my present. lol

I just finished the UCS millennium falcon, and I couldn't NOT get the slave 1 to display with it. Just got it for a steal on ebay, although it was just the packages and manual without the box. Minifigs included though! Which is good given that people sell Boba Fett for more than the set itself retailed for.

Joseph Lowry i’m pretty sure people could take quicker but i was like 10 when i built it, i was experienced with lego as i had many growing up but it might have just been my young mind slowing me down but idk i’m pretty sure ppl could take like 4 hours max

One complaint with this entire set. Boba's antennae is missing and his color scheme just seems too light. Everything else is amazing!

I felt the same when I built it. Only took me 7 hours including breaks and messing around. Challenging or not, it still is the best looking display set I've seen. looks like it could be an action figure set.

How long you took to put together it?
