I agree, Hachiroku24 is very talented. They should definitely offer him to be a designer. But I don't think lego will ever make sets like this MOC, since that's really against their style. The sand part of it is quite repetitive using basic bricks, and the design itself has a bad price to bulk ratio. It's amazingly detailed, and lego usually don't do very detailed stuff unless it costs premium. Their approach is usually "doing more with less" and not "whatever will make this look good".

Because it's a dome shape, it reflects the heat back into the sky.
