I think adding dark orange into the statue as highlights along with the brown will help achieve the copper color. Thanks for the content!

You made a good decision deciding to not go with the tan bricks. I think Reddish Brown, Dark Orange, and MAYBE a small bit of Warm Gold would be the best bets for the Statue. It'll give the model a bit of variation and hopefully look good.

Dude, that Andrew figure is amazing, same with Doc Ock. I don’t normally vibe with custom figures, but I’d seriously consider getting those(and using your code of course lol). Best customs of those two characters, and it’s not even close imo. The figure selection of this project is gonna be gorgeous

Great video Tommy!! Oh man dude I’m so happy we both had the same idea with Firestartoys Jaka Bricks customs!!!! I got this Andrew TASM2 figure as well that I love I’m so lucky I got it before it got sold out! Same with the Doc Ock figure, except I changed the legs a big as well! I also preordered his Netflix Punisher figure and mannn I am sooo hyped for that guy anddd him and Phoenix customs are doing a collab for a Netflix Daredevil figure! Mannn its been such a past couple weeks for Lego seeing the P2 Cody set, Sanctum Sanctorum and more customs that dropped!

Don't @ me, but TASM 1 suit has been slept on for nearly a decade, finally its getting the love that it deserves.

I would have gone with medium nougat, seems like a close match personally, either way looks sick man!

Man I love the Andrew Garfield minifig but you should use the Antoni Porowiski lego head

Honestly my only issue with the custom Andrew is that the logo blends with the webbing too much, it should definitely be a darker color. I’d say pcb made a better custom Andrew, but this one is still really freakin good

Dude medium nougat is the absolute perfect color choice, look it up, its so accurate

Ngl nougat looks kinda perfect for the copper color

I think you should use reddish brown with dark orange highlights and sand green for slightly oxidized parts

For the statue, you should use dark orange or medium nougat instead of reddish brown. I'd say that's too dark for a copper statue.

I feel like medium nougat would look great for the statue of liberty

Use GOLD ACCENTS on some of the highlighted parts, a proper mix of gold and brown might create a slightly more copper-y effect

You could add a reddish brown base color with some tan and dark orange tiles and slopes to add detail and make the shield more accurate

Tommy did you hear about the fact that Sony is rereleasing the movie as an extended cut to theatres in September? Was wondering if you had any thoughts on it. I'm pretty stoked about it. I hear they wanna add all the things we were rumored to get but never got to see, like Toby vs the goblin with that fight on the glider, as well as more Matt Murdock, and just more of all 3 peters together. Who knows? we might even get to see them return to their own universes! :) Side note, SUPER awesome find with the Andrew Garfield and Alfred Molina figures. they look absolutely incredible!!! thank you for taking all the time in the world to make this project great, I'm sure in the long run it'll turn out amazing when its all done.

I think use both the dark orange and reddish brown to add more texture and depth or even a sort of ombré effect to make the scale look bigger

I think you could make the Statue of Liberty in the Dark Orange Color. Looks like the most copper color in my opinion.

I was legit going to buy jaka bricks minifigure because it looks beautiful, but it sold out too fast. Amazing though

I know it’s against what you said but the shoulder may be a weak point to risk. Such as the arm falling off the torso, so we don’t have to wait another month or so if that does hapould you ever consider using a piece of medal to support the arm, like in official giant LEGO models , like the ones at legoland or the ones that move around on floats

As others are saying, one of the Nougat or Orange shades might have worked better than Reddish Brown.
