The cape isn’t sticking with me, I just prefer the capes having more movement but I guess it makes more sense since the cape is basically a person

They probably made it like that for the purpose of being able to pop on and off quickly during play

Use the cloak and some spare bits to make a custom Scott Lang whose only a head in a jar...

You're right on Wong‘s hair( 2:56 ) .It really is kind of more hair then the actual Wong himself.

Thankfully I got all three Spider-Man sets on day one (plus the Santa’s Sleigh set) but it was a mad house at the LEGO store though. This set has so many cool pieces in addition to the awesome minifigures! I like your idea for Wong with the hair too. Plus you’re the only person that knows where the hourglass piece comes from and great knowledge with all of the other parts too! Keep it up! Awesome review!

Incredible as a parts pack, I'm nearly tempted to buy two of them.

Thanks for the review. Just got mine in the mail today!! Probably going to swap out this cape with my Zombie Hunter Spider-Man as I fell it will fit that suit better.

The problem with the rubber cape is that it will probably crack over time. I give it 5-10 years for it to fall apart for people.

I bought this set in target today , It’s been a while since I got a Spider-Man mcu set , my favorite part of the set is Minifigures , especially Doctor Strange and new Spider-Man Minifigure

Really like doctor strangers cape that's the reason I want it

Cool set and I might end up getting it

that cape is interesting, it is VERY similar to the ones knockoff brands like Lepin used years ago for custom figures, i think i have a custom knockoff black panther with this type of cape, they are great for display but not great for playing

I was gonna get a moc Doctor Strange one that had a cape like that around a year and a half ago. (Never got him, wanted the legit one, which I'll get with this set lol. Might swap that cape though!)

Finally getting the BvS Superman hair piece in black with the grey streaks!!!

I do kinda wish the sam wilson hair was used for blade in the daily bugle, i think it would be perfect for it, tho idk if the piece was made at that time, still wouldve been pretty cool tho

I'm not sure how to feel about the molded cloak. On one hand, it makes sense for the Cloak of Levitation because it does have a mind of it's own On the other, I feel like a molded cape is kind of too much. The Lego batman figures that had a cape/helmet mold was a weird idea.

Legit thought this was gonna be scorpion instead of just a green bug monster

The set layout just doesn't sit well with sections sprouting off to the sides. A more compact, coherent design would have been better. But the minifigures are awesome.

The Wong figure in this set actually kind of looks like you lol

Scorpion??

Why do I feel like this is supposed to be like a portal to another dimension with forced perspective? Other than that I feel like this is the kind of set that I would just want a lot of cool inventive builds but it’s just a bunch of loose pieces. I feel like Doctor Strange is the opportunity to create a lot of small yet elaborate builds but nah it’s just a glorified parts pack which is a bit of a bummer.

Something about the thumbnail is rubbing me the wrong way. It’s a well made thumbnail, but I think the background looks too much like other channels. To me, it’s missing the j2g style unless it has your face in it. Just imo.

It’s a nice looking set but Idk, it just seems a little incomplete to me. Especially for $40.
