I think Lego should just have a new skin tone colour, as we either get minifigures who look too dark skinned: Cho Chang, and now we have figures that are too light skinned.

Even though the lack of a face print on Morris looks weird, the creature from Chinese mythology (I think) which he is based on doesn't have one. Dijiang I think they're called.

The death dealer was interpreted really well.

Kinda bothers my that the chang chi minifigure reminds me of your minifigure

It looks so cool!

The head may be a bit big for a single joint so they had to do double joints so the head doesn’t droop down

This set looks great I will probably be getting this set over the other one. Lego is slowly taking my wallet with all the sets I want that are coming out.

Since the sets where pushed back to summer I am hoping they change the face/head prints with the skin tone and faces. Other than the skin tone and faces the sets look great can’t wait to add them to my collection (Morris is a dijang it’s a creature from Chinese mythology that doesn’t have a face)

I have a tad bit of an obsession with dragons, and this is a pretty decent one.

I saw the sets at my target here in Chicago

Set looks cool, but I really hope it isn't Fin Fang Foom, they look nothing alike

This build is a lot like the knights of ren ship although not as egregious. Idk what anyone says if it's minifig scale function should always take priority over form.

I Really Wanted This Set But I Don’t Know Now But I Like The Mini figures But I Wish They Put New Faces On The Figures

I found this set on target they were only two sets this one and the other one which is the car chase so I got this one and a looney tunes blind bag I was scared that I wouldn’t be able to buy it because I thought it hasn’t released yet but I did see other Chang Chi merchandise

I don't like what they did with Death Dealer. I think they should've included Macy's hair piece from Nexo Knights in black

They could have given Death Dealer a pony tail hair piece at least. Like the one Aura Sing has but in black.

This set is weird to me because there’s so much to not like about it: The overused face printings, The (mostly) lack of leg and arm printing, The lack of a face on that creature (if it’s not supposed to have a face, they should’ve kept it out because it does feel very unfinished), The lack of any actual village building, The bad maneuverability of the dragon and of course the wrong skin color ... But despite all that I really love the set and I really don’t know why I actually love it!

imo the darker flesh colour isn't right either. It doesn't really fit for Cho Chang

This set is good idea

I personally think Shang-Chi at least should have dual molded arms

If this is based on the fight it the trailer it would have been cooler if it came with the lions and more generic fighters.

Something about this whole set feels a tad cheap or at least somewhat old feeling. with the build’s poor possibility the recycled parts an prints. It doesn’t feel like this set was very high priority which is a shame. Who knows though maybe you get a better feel for it when it’s in person.

Ok set the heads are disappointing as well as the possibility. I do a lot of stop motions so if it does not Pose well and breaks easily it’s probably a no for me. However the car chase set definitely has potential to be a great stop motion.

Shangling is how it pronounce but it spelt like this - xiangling

Could be. But Shou Lou is more of an Iron Fist villain, and it would be cool to see an Iron Fist reference in the movies.

On the box not only face of the minifig seems to be darkened, but rest of the minifig as well. Also, I've got a feeling that Lego is backing out from asian skin tone, just because that makes heads less reusable in other sets. It's cheaper that way

I agree that the minifigs should've all had new face prints, although I honestly think that the criticism of the face color is getting a bit cringe. Sure, some Asian characters in the film like Wenwu/the Mandarin and Shang-Chi himself have darker skin, but a majority steer closer to a paler shade. Asians all have differing shades of skin color, so representing that variety in Lego is paramount instead of being consistent to just one.
