Honestly I can see that you are six heroes that venture into the skull dungeon to find the mysterious green skull but it is guarded by goblin orks and ogres and commanding them all is the *insert main villain for this season*

Nice review! Yes, I would like to see a video of you trying out the boardgame and combining this set and the side builds with the dungeon, but like you said please do it after you've reviewed all the sets, I especially can't wait for the bounty.

I don't really buy NINJAGO anymore, but the MARVEL sets are not amazing this summer, and these sets are really cool! I think i will buy one or two. Great review! Great video!

This is the first Ninjago wave that has appealed to me in a long time. I love the rock structures and the overall aesthetic of the builds. It's not often we get structures in Ninjago so I'll definitely be picking up a lot of the sets from this wave.

At 2:33, a tile of the board game, underneath the 1x4 brown wedge plate that one of the 1x2 tile with the stud in the middle is missing a tile

Personally this wave does not appeal to me, but that does not mean these are bad sets. I love the legacy sets of the wave though. I like the new skull dragon and I might pick it up. I don’t think I have the right to complain, as I love the last wave and I have not yet got to working on any of the sets of that wave.

@Steve L I don't live in Australia; but past experience tells me that the summer 2020 LEGO NINJAGO sets should come out sometime next month in Europe, which means that they should (and usually do) come out at the same time in Australia (and New Zealand).

Oh my gosh did you just skip through season 12, or did I miss that

I’m seeing a lot of positive response with this wave, and don’t get me wrong, I LOVE getting structures, but to me, this wave is pretty weak. There are only two sets that are defo-pickups for me: Wu’s Battle Dragon and Journey to the Skull Sorcerers Dungeon (this one). I love the minifigures, they’re too good, but I’ll just BrickLink the figures that I can’t get from the sets I want, like I did with Prime Empire. Nya only in a 60$ set? Hell no!
