I’m mixed on this series. Nothing is objectively bad about it but I agree some characters didn’t need to be here and some would fit better. Yellow outfit Daredevil would have been an incredible figure to get in the series

It’s crazy how the worst shows get the best figures aside from X-men of course

I think I'm so used to Lego not putting insane amount of details on a minifig that Moon Knight feels more like fan made minifig than an official one

Honestly, that’s probably why they put so much detail due to so many custom creators giving him the design that Lego mostly likely wouldn’t do but I’d say that the official one just proves that Lego definitely has the means to make more detailed figures.

It really does feel like a fan made fig. So much so, that it doesn't feel like it fits Lego's style.

The Ant-man micro figure does have slightly different silver leg printing. So that does mean that it’s an exclusive part.

What i really like about Goliath is since he's holding Ant-Man, you can interpret him as giant and Scott as normal, or him as normal and Scott is tiny.

The importance of Echo's new leg piece can't be understated. That can be used for city and a bunch of other themes. Its way better than their old way of just printing a silver bit/dual molding

Why do they keep making Clint's hair dark blonde. It's CLEARLY dark brown in the MCU. Edit: I know that the Hawkeye from the comics has dark blonde hair, but this figure in particular is based off of the MCU Hawkeye and not the comics Hawkeye. So don't come up with an excuse saying that it's accurate to the comics Hawkeye, because this figure isn't based off of the Hawkeye from the comics.

I would argue the lighting and composition made his hair look pretty dark but that’s just my opinion you don’t have to care

I think hair colour doesn’t really matter you can always swap the hair out at the end of the day. I like the blonde because it’s pretty comic accurate but it doesn’t really matter.

This is why I love custom prints. The customs moon knights I’ve seen have forced Lego to up their game to create something already out there. Bravo custom creators.

My god I love lego. Sometimes if a kid looses a piece like the quivers on Hawkeye’s back they just print them. That extra detail just for kids makes me love lego even more

I personally am glad she hulk doesn’t have the avatar arms and legs because while it would’ve made her height more accurate it would have made her look super skinny which wouldn’t work for the character

You can't really tell bulk on a minifigure as much as you can inaccurate height.

@paramoosestudios That's fair. Tbh to me She Hulk in the MCU feels more skinny then muscley anyway.

In the comics, Goliath was a big part of the civil war event. He was the first casualty of the battle and it was a big turning point in the story. I’m a big fan of the character and it’s crazy to me that we’re getting him in Lego !

This series is beyond incredible, every figure has so much detail and we got so many new characters which were never made in Lego form, simply phenomenal!

I think they probably considered giving She-Hulk extended limbs, but decided it was more important to keep her human proportions than give her an accurate height.

She-Hulk not having the woody arms and legs saves the figure for me

The MoonKnight suit is one of my favorite MCU or live action suits, it really takes advantage of the character, story and medium, probably the only one of series im considering getting

The new moon knight hood has my hopes up for a Raven minifigure in a future DC minifigure series. A star fire and beast boy would be amazing to go with them

Wolverine’s old hairpiece hasn’t been used since the Mighty Micros Wolverine in 2017, it’s probably retired.

In defense of Lego, What If s2, X-Men 97, and Echo were as of last year planned to have all been released by the time this series came out

The Wolverine mask is actually new, well the colour is anyway. The new figure from mech and the one from the Sentinel set both had the cowl in bright light orange or flame yellowish orange, so it's nice to finally get the cowl (and the rest of the figure) in normal yellow. Up to this one, the micro fighter figure was the only one that had his suit in yellow.

Anyone else thinking Echo's hair would be perfect for Fennec Shand?

The fact that they did only one fin for Mr Knights fish gives me hope for other accurate sets

I’m not too annoyed by the “no Kang situation” just because he’s going to be in Kang dynasty(of course) and they’re obviously making a figure with him I mean it’s like not having a thanos figure in the infinity war and endgame wave.

I would love a comic book cmf series. Would be cool to see classic hawkeye from the comics, maybe the classic 60s avengers, etc. Just would be fun but I know lego won't do that

Two of Echo's prosthetic leg would make for a cool Octane minifigure

19:06 Yeah, I can totally see that being used for Drift from Fortnite when they eventually make sets for it. It’s just too perfect. Really interested by that cape piece since Lego doesn’t normally do anything like that. Definitely picking up this figure as well as Beast & Moon Knight.

I love the Wolverine. Best Wolverine by far compared to the handful we've recieved before. They knocked all of these figures out of the park. Echo, Beast, Moon Knight, etc. She Hulk is a huge step up from the previous version we got, but it would be cool to see her as a maxifigure. I don't know if Lego would ever dual mold the longer Woody/Avatar arms, but who knows. Maybe in the future.

Thanks for review Flash, but I want to disagree about She-Hulk's body parts. Yes, she has different size, but I think Woody body parts will look bad with her, so I think this is currently the best what can be done with her

Yeah, I feel lego needs to make a larger torso for those arms and legs. It makes sense with Woody and the Na'vi because that's how their body proportions work but doesn't really fit with other big characters

Could you make a rendition of she-hulk with the long arms and legs. Personally I don’t think they will work, it will look more like groot size than anything else

Agatha's wink is definitely the cutest

I love the set. I personally would have held off on including the X-Men until the inevitable wave 3 in 2024 and instead included Ms Marvel, Elsa Bloodstone and The Kingpin. But either way, I can’t wait to get my hands on these!

I think the reason they chose these popular X-men characters was because they wanted to add more detail to them and since they have a higher budget when going cmf series

Moon knight is definitely my favourite from the series, and I think they should, like you said, release these regularly as they are *insanely* profitable

I don’t even really collect Lego anymore but I wish I could of got the last lot of marvel minifigures this new waves they’ve done are so good

I'd buy a whole X-Men CMF, they're the only figures i'm interested in in this wave

The Ms. marvel argument could be made the same for Wolverine, neither were necessary if we have characters out now or are about to get them. I would have preferred characters that have never been done or released rather than Ms. Marvel. We’ve got at least two already with a third version on the way it would have been a mistake to add her to this series.

I love Lucky the pizza dog, I like to think my old dog Lucky, is the same one from the MCU seeing how they are both golden retrievers

Really great series! Moon Knight has to be the best one here. No Daredevil is a huge miss tho, him being in the series would print money for Lego, as a ton of people (myself included) really want an MCU Daredevil fig.

Moonknight and Hawkeye were my favorite of the shows. i'm so happy they have awesome figures now along with other great things like Werewolf by night and X-men! to bad their in boxes but oh well after the greatness of these figs i can't complain

The reason why Hawkeye doesn’t have leg printing is because in the show he’s wearing skinny suit pants💀

I think I'd say the first series is better due to more consistent quality across the figures, the hype around it, and that better represented all the shows we had at the time, but I'd say this series is mostly as good as the first one

I dont think those are printed quivers. They look like buckles that attach the quiver to the strap

I like this series more than the previous. One there are much more characters that we wanted other than just what if, and there isn’t anything completely wrong about the parts unlike Wanda’s headpiece and Monica as a character in the series. I understand people not wanting wolverine in this series to get someone new, but because this is the best Wolverine figure we have I don’t mind. I would mind if he’s in any other set, that’s a big problem, but right now I’m happy with everyone here.

They should have add scarlet scarab, daredevil, red dagger, ms. Marvel, leapfrog, g'iah, cosmo the spacedog before the X-men characters since they should have their own cmf series figures

This is my most excited lego thing for the rest of this year

Echo is slated to release all of its eps on Nov 29 2023, not in 2024. What If S2 and X-Men ‘97 S1 are likely to be released in 2024.

I love the review and these figures. I just wanted to say that all episode of echo are dropping on to Disney+ on November 29th 2023 so it is realising this year :)

I wouldnt say these characters are that interesting compared to the series 1 in terms of marvel popularity - but my god did they go hard on the extra little bits and references. Really want that moon knight

I couldnt find any pics online, but I wonder if Werewolf is based on what was worn in real life during filming to get the right colour when they went to Black n White. Like if it was actual brown fur makeup and green pants that was worn for filming

The little fish tank that Mr. Knight has might be a reference to Gus, Steven's goldfish from episode 1 of Moonknight.

thank god! the packaging and early images made the power blast pieces for Agatha look like they were some shade of blue. Im glad they are in trans purple. not a fan of the one hole cape piece, but at least the hair gets in its way so it doesn't go everywhere. that moon knight figure is basically perfection. only reason id get the she hulk minifigure is so that i can get the accessories and use the head and hands to create a new version of the wicked witch.

This honestly looks amazing! I love the detail in all of the minifigures

I'm going to get a Storm along with my Moon Knight and (Mr. Knight) to give him the crescent cape he has. I think they should have replaced Goliath with Layla from Moon Knight I think these minifigures are great for customs, especially both hawkeyes and Goliath

Is the back piece of the microscope a new part? If not, where else does it come from? Also, definitely going to try and track down moon knight and storm

There’s actually a microscope piece that exists with the stud already attached. Idk why they have it be a separate binocular piece and stud here

Even though Hawkeye’s hair isn’t accurate to the movie the figure still looks very good that it kinda makes up for that and lack of leg printing.

I think these would be my custom choices for these pieces She hulk could be repurposed as poison ivy, Werewolf by night pieces could be used for man bat, echo could be used for vibe, and Mr Knight for Black Mask’s suit from arkham origins, goliaths helmet could be used for arkham knight

While I do think some of the figs should’ve been replaced, I think this is a great series! Minus the box ofc
