S.a.H well during free roam you have to find them and unlock them. They are on different locations 1 of them are on Malibu and most of them are on Manhattan

I think the flying was improved and it's less buggy. Also, they're all about the same speed EXCEPT the mark 40 "shotgun" suit. That thing can keep,up with quicksilver
