2:43 - 2:51 The ball getting eaten by a Piranha Plant kinda reminds me of how Mario did something similar to the training course scene in the movie.
This is really cool! I think I have an idea: what if there were a pinball stage, where the ball would move with the flippers and you would need to get it to a certain spot to progress? I don't have enough legos to build it, but I think it would be cool.
