I’ve been a fan of this film since I was kid. Literally no one with a Lego Chanel reviewing this set likes this film, most haven’t even seen it… hysterical

Got this for my wife as a surprise gift for Halloween. She loves decorating our house and we watch this movie every year. This should be a great decoration piece. Can’t wait to receive it and gift it.

It might have been nice if the cottage could swing open to see the inside better and make it like a play set so kids/adults could act out the movie.

This will be placed in my medieval scene or my Harry Potter scene.

Medieval scene I understand. But harry potter?!?!?!!?

One of my favourite Lego sets is the Monsters' house with vampires, that opens up like a dolls house. It too has a separate front gate much like this one. I seem to remember you doing a cool extension of that set to extend the fence around the house. That set was perfect. This set lacks the same presence, like the Medieval Blacksmith before it, probably mainly due to height. Also, it requires significant modification so the whole roof can be removed like a modular building.

Man this set is awesome, this film was such a huge part of growing up, can't wait to get mine, perfect mini figs, It would have been funny if they added Jay and Ernie aka Ice.

Man, if only they made an Ice, Jay and Billy instead of the three generic skeletons -although, they are cool looking. Otherwise, what can I saw. Amazing, perfect set.

Great review. Thank you for showing the interior and how you cant really get in there, that was my main concern but no one else really talked about that

For how much is going on in this set, it could be just me but it does feel a bit compact and tight like you can't fully explore its' odds and ends in it. It does look really good though and the fact that designers imagined this to be on a MILS plate is even better.

11:10 That is for holding yarn, after you spin it on the wheel, you put it on there to keep it from getting tangled.

I think it’s a display for something cuz the building were a museum.

Some fantastic pieces in here for me to build the Crystal Maze's Medieval Zone. Candelabra, chandelier, sand timer, beer barrel, cobwebs .....perfect !!!

I wasn't a fan of the movie either, but I love this set.

Can't wait for this one!

That cupboard build at 7:40 is a Beuro cabinet.

Not a huge fan of the movie, but I LOVE this set!! It would look super cool next to the blacksmith forge

Do you have trouble opening the roof on the side with the chimney? It seems like there’s not quite enough room to open it without having to tilt the chimney.

i think leaving the plates on the bottom and THEN adding it to a mills plate could look cool to give it some more terraforming

I love the 1st Hocus Pocus, haven't seen the 2nd. The set looks great, but that the cottage can't be opened up properly is a big No from me. I don't play with my Lego anymore, but I still want to have the ability to do it, if I wanted to.

This would be a great smugglers cottage on top of the hill above the smugglers cave near the camp ground and fisherman's cottage.

You could integrate this into the stream near the castle.

I’ve never seen the movie and the set doesn’t cry out to me to be bought. Having said that it could be modified to convert into a medieval or Pirate house etc.

At least it is already Modular and you don’t need to buy two sets to finish it. I like the look of it .

great vid but I must say this is the second review ive watched on this set and both of yall got it mixed up, the lil thing out front the cottage is a "Stockade/Pillory" not a "Guillotine" 😅👍🏻
