When destroying structures, use just your bare hands. does the same amount of damage but faster and no durability

For the roller crabs, if you block the roll with a shield they will flip over and you do crit damage!

You want to break things with your hands, you do far more damage destroying a built object with your hands. I think it's like 15 dmg.....
