This is mostly LEGO with Fortnite references. You can use a lot of skins from Fortnite, it has Fortnite characters, Fortnite items, and even that dumb Fortnite humor. It's essentially like buying a LEGO set that is the Fortnite feature rather than it just being Fortnite with a LEGO skin.

when they released rocket racing i finally gave in - a nice casual-ish mix of trackmania and rocket league... A friend also got me into a zero build and it wasn't that bad. Someone also made a deck 17 gun game arena shooter style mode and it's as close to UT5 as we'll get. The game is truly something else.

When I saw the gameplay trailer, which was the first mention of this I had ever seen, and it was on release day, I was immediately hyped. Game looked bonkers. Crafting, Lego Building, action combat, exploring, resource gathering. Gliding. It was so packed with cool shit, I just had to invite all 1 of my friends to play it with me.

I tried it. I loved it but the inventory system OH BOY that needs work. No auto-fill, no sort, if you have an item in a chest you can't stack the one you have in the inventory (pressing E will not make anything happen) you NEED to drag it on top of it for them to stack up. Its insanely time consuming, they really need to patch that up.

Inventory system is a bit annoying and the mobility in this game is almost non-existant. Like the map is huge and we don't have cars or anything to reasonably use to travel around. I mean you can make a monorail but that takes heaps of resources and depending on how far you are then its going to be really difficult. Cars, boats, planes, air balloons don't have proper steering wheels that make them useful. Grapple hooks are limited to 10 charges which sucks. Literally the only reliable tool you have is the glider at your disposal which never disappears after you die and has unlimited uses but even then you can't glide from too high otherwise you will lose all your energy & drop all the way down to the ground. My best efforts is just using my glider and jumping off high places. Because the frost area is literally on the opposite side of the map from the dessert. I made jumping hotspots so I can go back and forth. But that took alot of work. They also need to make a luring system for farming in order to round up farm animals. I want a farm but Its difficult trying to fence up the ones in the wild. One last thing reduce the hunger depletion because its crazy how I can eat a whole 5 star meal and then become immediately hungry in the next 10 minutes then starving i the next 5 minutes..

dont get blinded to easily. LEGO Universe looked promising so a friend of mine and i bought it on release on Steam a 7pm and had played through the whole game at 3am with the best gear in the game possible. Such games from LEGO are usually very low effort.

Wife became adicted this game, and to be honest surprisingly is a prety good game.

needs some ironing out and to be expanded on a tad, but its a really good foundation if Epic keeps up on it

Fortnite is becoming an ultimate game. They are expanding it wisely. Besides Battle Royale it has countless Creative mini games made by the community. Now it got Rocket League racing which is amazing ❤, Lego Fortnite which is mid after hours of playing (it needs updates asap) and Guitar Hero like game. The future of Fortnite is very bright and getting closer to Ready Player One

Its like Minecraft but in legos. The main thing your supposed to be doing is building and surviving. Thats why the two modes are labeled Survival and Creative. Instead of Adventure and Creative.

If you want a multiplayer game thats kinda like Souls, but not as deep, you should try Dauntless. I don't know why, but Epic still support and continue to release stuff for that game. Spent a good amount of time in it a few years ago, but they changed stuff around and it's one of those things where I can't be bothered to learn it. A new player would like it like I originally did, though.

Aight, the lego survival thing is FIRE, they did a fking spectacular job! Just getting started with it but fking bravo fortnight for this one, fornight is quicky becoming a play all game, they got survival, zombie survival, creative, making music, player owned games, fortnight has become everything roblox dreamed to be, and its fun for all ages.. people talk about the cartoonish look, well that cartoonish look will pop off at 144 fps on a fking potatoe pc, its even on switch... the shit they have accomplished at fornight is honestly impressive af.

This game mode is actually alot of fun its a simple version of crafttopia but still can be a little difficult those brutes slap the fuck outta you. I grinded this game for about 72 hours now with 8 hours of sleep total and almost done with it just gotta find the final boss guy or whatever. For a casual player this will give you easily 100 hours of fun

Survival Sandbox games have been described as lego but with monsters. It only made sense someone would make a lego survival sandbox game. My question is why did they go so hard with the combat? It has no right to be as good as it is.

Lego always stay winning, all of their games may not be for everybody cuz of the art style. But they always stay true to their fans and the game play of almost all their games is solid

The only problem is that this is the only fun enemy to fight in the game. The rest of them are pushovers
