I honestly don’t understand why they made the bird the main build. There’s already a bigger bird set in the wave and the other two builds appear in the show unlike this set’s raven.

The Raven does appear in the show it’s what MadTeo uses to get to Castle Nocturnia.

I don't think either of these 3 are alt builds, they have the pieces to warrant all of them to be main builds

I think the other way - why they made a less fun raven a huge model if we could get a castle....

who in their right mind thought "Let's put the bird at the front of the box even though we already have a bigger bird at the wave and that doesn't show up in the show" I mean it would've persuaded people to buy it more if they saw a cool mech or wolf at the front.

It's really not a big issue. Maybe some people really want Never Witch's bird but don't want to buy a set that's way more expensive.

I mean I look at the mech build and think swap out the head for the one from the Wolverine CMF maybe a couple other pieces and you have got a Sentinel.

In regards to the jacket, it’s really great because Lego skeletons can wear them. It also wouldn’t look too bad in orange to make Bonzle from Ninjago, since you can’t print on skeleton torsos

This set is probably my favourite. I love the color scheme on this set. Magenta and purple are my new favourite colors cause it fits so well with black.

Easy to switch the Doom Blob head with the Sentinel piece from Wolverine in the second Marvel CMF for a matching colour scheme too

The jacket piece in orange would be great as life jacket.

Im getting all of these second wave! These are some great builds and a nice evolution of the last one. For the bigger sets, I’m gonna get three of each for sure. Some nice welcome surprises. Thanks for sharing. You’re so luck to you get to preview these.

This set is SO MUCH better than huge raven. You can easily get two and half of those in price of the raven and have WAY more figs and cool pieces.

Maybe the Never Witch can use the second Raven to go through small gaps and to prevent crashing through things, the wolf can be use if the Never Witch wants to show Raz that she’s worthy to the Wolf Mask and join forces with him

I really like the Doom blob build ( Z Blob is my fav dreamzzz character).

Doom blob mech by far the best, IMO.

the hilt on mateos sword in this set reminds me of the inquisitor lightsaber hilt from star wars

Definitely want to get two or three of this set! For one copy, I'm definitely building DoomBlob and having him duel ZeBlob! As for the second copy, I'll probably use the pieces for a custom build.

Thinking of customs, Mateo's legs are reminding me of Nate from PVZ. And his vest could be used for Dipper Pines.

I can’t wait until I get multiples of this set so I can make even bigger Nightmare creatures

I cannot wait to see them reuse that raven piece(maybe in Ninjago as a possible Zane Falcon update?) The Wolf of all these is definitely my favorite, but I love the drawn version of the Raven creature.

I really feel like so many dreamzzz figures would benefit from like paper capes or waist capes. Especially that neverwitch, to me it just looks like something is missing

So many thoughts with this set that I had to pause the video several times to type them so I don't forget! haha Amazing overall, they are definitely stepping up their game with this wave of Dreamzzz sets, seems like they really want this theme to stay and go strong, and so do I. All three builds are great, and a bonus micro build is a great way of implementing spare parts. Love all the new parts too, so many customization options. You can make some really whacky and creative creatures with that cauldron piece. Minifigs look great too, I'm so glad they are doing side leg printing for them, hope it's going to happen more often. Great "ethereal tail" for Never Witch, looks much better than one we got on Sandman. Her minfig looks amazing too, probably even better than her TV series version. Hope we'll get to see her in this outfit which is more like body suit instead of the basic dress she wears in the show. Love the puff jacket part and I think it's much better than if it was just a print. Honestly we need more clothing accessories for minifigs. And the price is great, especially considering the pricing of other, much less creative sets from different themes. Definitely among the first sets to buy when they're out.

Trex! regarding the alt builds, I think Lego are making the alt builds intentionally good - and add pieces as needed, unlike 3 in 1 creator sets where set 2 and 3 are afterthoughts. evil blob is my fav, but the other 2 are also cool. an easy 3x buy for me. I love the jacket piece, brings me hope for more plastic capes (like the ones in 1980-1990s. I do think it could have been slightly slimmer though.

I don’t want ANOTHER BIRD. Yeah I’d only get this for *Doom-blob*

The doom blob mech has similar eyes to mr e crystallized

these prints on the legs are lightning bolts that resemble the Nike logo for me, but I'm strangely skeptical when it comes to Mateo's prints on the shoes.

I love doom blob, hes so edgy and cool, i love him. Also as someone who's always been a bionicle hero factory guy and not a minifigure guy, i absolutely love the new jacket/vest piece. It just adds that extra 3D pop that minifigs are missing and could be great as a trench coat on a custom. I really hope Lego does more pieces like this because it adds that extra customisation that Minifigs sorely lack IMO. 17:50 sorry but I'm going to go on a tangent here, i hate it when someone something feels "not lego" or "isn't real lego" because it leads to stagnation. Back in the 2000's and early 2010s we used to get a ton of experimental sets that had cool play features, like the sports sets or the 2010 ninjago spinners game or the chima speedors. We don't get that experimentation anymore and i believe Lego should be allowed to experiment with things that aren't just bricks. Tangent over. Anyway i hope you're having a lovely day.

I like the fact that we have a jacket piece, but it looks a bit too bulky. The stud on the back is an odd choice as well.

I think it's a good thing that it has that stud, you can put minifig's accessories or weapon on its back using the claw-tile piece.

Strange they made a new dome piece but didnt use it for Doom Blobs head

There’s two Raven sets this wavd, that’s in the bigger one No clue why they marketed this as a raven as well, the alternate builds look better and make it harder to confuse with the other one

It’s upsetting to see that dreamzzz gets amazing treatment like the figures look so good unlike Star Wars and ninja they never really get new custom molds or insane printing legs I wish Lego cared more about different those like they do with dreamzzz

I get where your getting from but Dreamzzz is new, they can't just make new mold over and over again for ninjago or star wars since they've established a way or design. While Dreamzzz is new and they don't have a specific look yet.

Ninjago literally got the most detailed mold in LEGO history with the climber armor. It's safe to say that LEGO still gives it attention, but Ninjago already has its own "look" to it, so it doesn't have to go too crazy. But I do think we deserve side leg printing.

Dreamzzz is a series that is still making name for itself, it has to go beyond to prove its worth. Ninjago has already established its name and legacy. I for one am happy that they are bringing so many more new parts with Dreamzzz sets that we are bound to see in other themes as well later on. And I agree that SW sets got stale and uncreative lately, it's either overpriced play sets that recreate scenes from their recent shows or huge and expensive UCS sets. With that the tiny Y-wing set with Captain Rex minifig feels like a breath of fresh air.
