How fo you know what sets to grab/buy for parting out and bricklink store purposes?

i also bought 4 of the hydra stompers for 50% off, but i just price matched them in store for the 50% off instead of ordering multiples online. i’m not sure if i should part out or just hold sealed as investments. the mini figs alone are more than i bought it for tho.
