In my city, usually those machines don’t have a place for garbage. The regular garbage trucks come by. The street sweeping trucks have a large container in the back for water.

A year late and I found this. While I know your asking Alex, I would like to take a swing as a Long Time Stop-Motion animator myself. Never stop pushing and improving. And make sure your having fun with it. And start small at first so it is not too daunting, then build your way up (pun intended) to bigger scale sets and ideas.

This was great! This is really cool to me especially because I just made an animation of my own that used this set and I thought that it was amazing how the sweeping parts move on their own when rolled. Great animation :)

I'm glad to hear that! I don't use Stop Motion Studio Pro myself, but what I heard from it is very positive. Most older videos on my channel aren't even made with any motion capture software (just editing software), but I use Dragonframe for my recent videos. For editing I can recommend Sony Vegas since I use that myself.

The Garbage truck I believe retailed at 15$ US? And the rest must be parts overtime. But it looks about 30-35ish if your got rid of the backrounds. Not a bad set for that price I must say!
