I think LEGO has put quite descent effort in the new city sets. They look a lot more sturdy than the current city sets.

I see the minifigure included and I think 'Chuck Norris: Tow Truck Driver'. :p Strong looking truck with lots of function and a neat color scheme. Me likey.

I made mine a very long long haul inspired truck that is riding low to the ground and it's blue an black looks pretty good

The colors they use now make collecting pieces more difficult.

Hmmm, this strikes me as a 'Must have', similar to the new Airport Firetruck.

that is a cool looking truck :D nice to see an american style semi as well!

I made a couple of changes to mine. I thought the front was almost comically too close to the ground, so I rebuilt it higher. It looks less impressive now, but on a general level, I thought some aspects of the truc needed to be toned down.I also raised the barlight and put tiles on the sides.

It's like the one in the garage set a few years ago

i like how the crane is a bit of Technics in an otherwise regular Lego set... to me its a nice balance of functionality, aesthetics, simplicity and price.... are there other models from the City line which combines regular and Technics parts like this tow truck?

cool set.But if I build some trucks for lego City I build them 8studs wide so they can fit to minifigs in front.

Dominical Doge, this is a set which was released in 2014. It's now 'retired' so lego aren't making it anymore which tends to drive the price up on Ebay, Amazon etc. :)

maby its just the camera but i dont like that blue color it look so cheap

The minifigure, nothing really special, same as old times. The tow truck, maybe a bit of great. Cause there are some parts that it does not look nice. Probably, I won't get this set. Cause there's some more better set than this. But Nice Review!

I do not like this set because I like the orange tow trucks from 09 to 13 but it would be nice if lego would come out with another repair shop set in the city line.

Err durable my boom on the back just broke of and I couldn't figure out how to fix it and I have loved and bought city sets since I was 4 and I just couldn't fix it tho

its not from 2014 my friend had it in 2013
