As a Chinese , I am proud of whoever designed this!👏👏👏.This actually shows how our family reunited as one. Ands it’s a bargain.1823 Pieces? I’m buying this! The details on this set is astonishing though it is stickers but I don’t care! When it comes out,I’m getting this and sending it back to my family!Amazing!

EXCELLENT interview DuckBricks. Such clear & thorough questions, and lots of great close-ups of the model. Great work!! My jaw hit the floor at that $130 price tag. For the number of parts, plus all those minifigures, that is an INSANE price for such an astoundingly beautiful and detailed set. Meanwhile, the new Museum is a behemoth with arguably less impressive detail for the amount of space, and a closed back making it hard to play with, all for $170 more. I know where my money's going... 😅

Its such an elagantly appealing set. Its cool to get a dinner themed set again .The price is astonishing for this set .The little details , i especially love the longevity peach(buns) on the outside stall .Spectacular overall. 🐲❤

Love this set! I’m very excited to get my hands on it and will probably buy two to make it a full modular!!! There are many nods and subtle details to the Chinese culture and it’s very much appreciated.

I just finished this set and loved the build.

I like the set. But I’m finding I want more sets like the home alone set. That is to say, I want it to be a full house, not just a half of a house. I’m new to the Lego world (friends summer 2023 brought me into the fold), so I’m relying on pre made sets right now. So I’d love to see smaller sets with a full exterior.

I am Vietnamese but this set look amazing even our tradition on Lunar New Year is little bit different than China . But I like the set remind me also our family reunion vibe here and love a toilet details here 😂

I think duckbricks could be Chinese, but can’t say for sure as he doesn’t speak it and only speaks English. But lots of Chinese kids now days called ABCs (American Born Chinese) who can’t speak it and only speak English. Duck is probably one of them hehe

Having a closer look, i think family reunion build had one major major flaw! The corner curved roofs which is what makes Chinese architecture Chinese is missing! Instead it is hollow!!! Take a look again guys! Where’s the curved roofs for the corners?
