Hi Emy. I am not clinically diagnosed but whenever I fix my mind on current problem now, i get chest pains, my mind works like mad and eventually spirals to self-pity and thinking of wanting to end it all. I trust God will show me how to overcome it. I'm continuously praying now. I'm asking for forgiveness to Him, my family and my self. My mind is processing now positive words now. But you replying on this post I did but I seldom do, I guess it's one of God's answers. Would appreciate any advice so I could overcome what I'm going through. Thank you.

I wish that i watched you before my mom died. When she is suffering of cancer, my mom wants to talk about God so she can help herself to think positive thoughts. I really tried my best to talk her the way i wanted her to smile.

I cried about her testimony 😭. God's purpose will truly prevail, indeed all things are working for good. Romans 8;28

this was actually my first time commenting here and realize that God never left me even if i am a sinner sinking deep in sin. Praise God.

Para sa lahat ng makakabasa nito, pwede niyo po ba akong e enlighten dito sa question ko? Kapag wala ka ba o kulang ka sa pananampalataya, prone ka sa depression and anxiety disorder? Is having a relationship with the Lord has something to do with our mental health?

@@jonnamae6606 Mental health professionals can comment/correct me on this. For people with diagnosed clinical mental illness, it's more complicated. Kasi chemical imbalance, genetic tendencies, maraming factor ang pwede makaapekto dun. So even if malakas ang faith, pwede pa rin tamaan nun. Now, for people na walang ganung physical cause yung anxiety, i think faith (and whatever you believe in) play a big part. Example: anxious ako kasi nawalan ako ng work, hindi ko alam kung kelan ako mahahire ulit. If malakas ang tiwala ko na sagot ako ni Lord, less yung takot na mararamdaman ko. Hindi zero, pero less, mas kayang i-manage. Pero if iniisip kong "ay, hindi naman ako peyborit ni God. Baka hayaan nya na lang ako etc.", mataas yung chance na mas maging anxious ako. Mejo basic yung explanation pero sana makatulong. Sana rin mag respond yung mga propeysyona kasi mas legit yunl hehe 😃

After watching this, I can't help but be thankful that God is really working in my life. Thank you for this 'cause this reminds me that God is greater than my worries. Thank you, Lord sobra. 😭❤
