i love this show a lot, but i think they need to not fall in that trope where they have to bring someone new every year instead of building the characters and come up with creative interaction with each other besides someone new being the catalyst every season. He's no longer a main cast member; like Wentworth Miller (Snart), Arthur Darvill (Rip) is now recurring/a recurring guest star rather than a regular. They bumped up Darhk's actor to main cast status, added the new girl, and demoted Rip's to guest starring.

Wentworth still has a contract with DC so he will be back on the show at some point but he is exploring other things at the mo and I know they are planning on brining back Prison Break .. season 6. Being a massive Prison Break fan I am hoping if Wentworth has more time on his hands we will be able to get more eps of the show.
